Comcast Business Outages Reported in Boston
On Twitter and service tracking sites. Is your phone service down?

Comcast business customers report outages in Boston and across the country Tuesday.
Outages as shown on Down Detector are concentrated in the Northeast, South Florida, parts of Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
Several Boston customers reported issues with the service via Twitter.

A forum post on the Comcast Business website says the following:
Hello All,
If you're currently having issues making and receiving calls, National engineering is actively working to resolve this issue and we will continue to update this thread with the most current information.
Service impacted SMB ( Small to Medium Business) voice only*
This should not impact Business Voice Edge or PRI Trunking lines.

Customers reporting the outage to Comcast via Twitter get this reply from customer service.
