Early Voting Kicks Off In Massachusetts
Many voters will hit the polls Super Tuesday, but the polls will be open all week. Here's where you can vote early.
MASSACHUSETTS — Early voting opened Monday for the Massachusetts primary, eight days before the traditional polls open on Super Tuesday, when a muddled Democratic presidential field could all but be decided.
Monday is the first day Massachusetts voters will be able to cast ballots leading up to the March 3 primary. Voters will have all week to cast their ballots. You can find out where to vote early in your city or town here.
While Massachusetts lawmakers have discussed same-day registration, it's not happening this year. If hopeful voters aren't registered yet, they won't be able to vote in the primary.

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders leads the Democratic pack after three primaries, including his blowout victory in Nevada over the weekend. Former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg is second in the delegate count, according to The Associated Press, with Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar and former Vice President Joe Biden trailing.
The next primary is Saturday in South Carolina, the same state candidates will debate in Tuesday night.

Massachusetts and 13 other states — including California — are holding presidential nominating contests on Super Tuesday. The Bay State awards 114 delegates to presidential conventions and the majority of assignments are based on the outcome of the primary. California (494) has the largest delegate haul in the country.
