'Excessive' Delays At Boston Logan Airport Due To Weather
Rain turning to Thunderstorms Thursday night has snarled flight schedules.

BOSTON, MA — The weather has caused "excessive" flight delays at Boston Logan International Airport.
The website FlightStats listed Boston Logan's delay status as excessive and pointed to the rainy weather as the cause.
FlightStats predicted thunderstorms for Thursday night and more rain Friday morning.

The National Weather Service warned that Thursday's showers could drop between 1 and 3 inches of rain in about an eight-hour window lasting through Friday morning, with local flooding and higher amounts of rain possible.
