Officers at the Boston Police Department said they have identified two minors involved in an attack, one of whom will be summoned to court. They say the 11-year-old girl is too young to be charged under state law, but a 13-year-old boy will be summoned to juvenile court.
Police say they are part of the group that punched a 20-year-old girl in Downtown Crossing and attacked employees and customers at a McDonald's before assaulting an officer.
