Investigators Working To Determine Cause Of Kneeland Street Fire

A two-alarm fire erupted across multiple floors in an 8 story building in Boston Monday night.

BOSTON — The Boston Fire Investigation Unit is actively working to determine the cause of a two-alarm fire on multiple floors of an 8 story building Monday night.

Firefighters and emergency crews responded to a reported fire at 165 Kneeland Street in Boston around 7:30 p.m.

Once crews surveyed the scene they determined the fire had spread to multiple floors across the 8 story steam plant building and a second alarm was ordered.
