• A suspected burglar killed by police after allegedly shooting at them with an AK-47 in Seekonk has been identified.
• A Boston man was arrested Monday and accused of threatening another Red Line passenger with a knife for wearing a mask.
• Attleboro police are investigating a drive-by shooting on Holman Street Monday night, the third such incident this month.

Former dominatrix Julia Enright was convicted on a second-degree murder charge on Monday in the 2018 slaying of Brandon Chicklis.

Enright, 24, stabbed Chicklis to death inside an Ashburnham treehouse in June 2018, according to prosecutors. His body was found several weeks later along Route 119 in Rindge, NH.

Enright's trial lasted several weeks, and much of the focus was what transpired inside that Ashburnham treehouse. Worcester County prosecutors said Enright killed Chicklis, who was 20 at the time, as a gift to her boyfriend.

Enright's attorneys said she acted in self-defense when Chicklis tried to rape her.

Man killed in shootout identified: A suspected burglar killed by police after allegedly shooting at them with an AK-47 has been identified. The man, who was shot three times by police Sunday morning in Seekonk, was identified Monday afternoon as Jeffrey W. Groulx, 47, of New Hampshire, according to the Bristol County District Attorneys' Office. A state medical examiner determined Monday that Groulx was shot three times, and one of the wounds was fatal.

Mask-wearing T passenger threatened: A Boston man was arrested Monday and accused of threatening another Red Line passenger with a knife near the Downtown Crossing station. Rafael Perez-Medina, 33, allegedly began taunting another passenger on an inbound Red Line train just before 9 a.m. Monday, according to a news release from the MBTA Transit Police. The 28-year-old unnamed victim told police that Perez-Medina told him he "looked like a duck" with his mask on.

Third Attleboro drive-by shooting: Attleboro police are investigating a drive-by shooting on Holman Street Monday night. Attleboro Police Chief Kyle Heagney said that Monday's shooting, in which no one was injured, was the third such incident this month. Heagney said that investigators found more than 18 shell casing from 31 to 41 Holman Street, a populated area. One bullet went through a window, he said.

Picture This: Cape Cod Turtle Rescue

There's been a growing number of cold-stunned sea turtles getting stranded on Cape Cod beaches over the last few weeks. This comes after a slow start to the annual sea turtle stranding season, according to officials with the New England aquarium. So far this season, the New England Aquarium has rescued 119 sea turtles, many of which are endangered species.

MA adopting digital vaccine passports: A digital vaccine passport isn't far off for the residents of Massachusetts, Gov. Charlie Baker said in a Monday radio interview. Baker said on GBH News' Boston Public Radio Massachusetts and more than a dozen other states have been working on a scannable QR code that would act as proof of someone's vaccination status. No start date for the program was given.
