BOSTON — A Level 3 sex offender was arrested after a woman said he came up to her on the Orange Line train and asked her inappropriate questions, before exposing himself to her. Transit Police said they arrested Kennedy Colson, 29 of Boston near the corner of Ukraine Way and Washington Street in Jamaica Plain two days after the interaction.

Police said a woman reported that on Thursday, while she was on the Orange Line headed to Forest Hills, Colson came up to her, asked her some questions that made her uncomfortable. She said she tried to ignore him, but then he exposed his genitals to her.

Two days later after police had reviewed the closed circuit security cameras, a transit officer spotted the man on the corner of Ukraine Way and Washington Street in Jamaica Plain. Police said they were able to positively identify him as the same person and charged him with open and gross lewdness. Colson is a registered Level 3 Sex Offender.
