"I'm just trying to get down to see my friend and her family, spend some of the holidays with them."

The National Weather Service issued a high wind watch for northern Middlesex County and Worcester County, and points west, beginning late Monday through Tuesday night. The NWS said on Monday morning that additional wind alerts will likely be needed for much of southern New England.
