Research from Harding University shows that homes near Brigham and Women’s Hospital, ranked Massachusetts’ top hospital by U.S. News & World Report, sell for an average of $866,995. That’s roughly 14% more than Boston’s overall average home value of $759,313.
As a flagship teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s is recognized worldwide for its medical expertise and research leadership. The hospital’s network spans over 1,200 physicians across New England and operates more than 150 outpatient practices.
