MA Weather: 'Widespread Power Outages' Expected In Ocean Storm
The National Weather Service is warning of 60 mph wind gusts, with the worst hitting Cape Cod and the Islands.

Forecasters expect "widespread power outages" in parts of Massachusetts Friday as a strong ocean storm generates wicked winds and the potential for coastal flooding.
Winds gusts as strong as 60 mph are expected on Cape Cod and the Islands, where most of the outages are expected. The National Weather Service warned of the potential of downed trees and power lines.
The rest of the coast up to Gloucester will also be hammered by strong wind gusts, some up to 55 mph. The gusts will die down further inland.
