Man On The Run After Road Rage Hatchet Attack: Report

BOSTON, MA — Police are looking for a man who is believed to have committed aggravated assault on another driver during a road rage incident on Friday night, according to a report from WCVB NewsCenter 5.

According to the Boston Police Department, the man chased another vehicle in his car, causing the car to crash. He then exited his vehicle and began assaulting the victim and their vehicle with a hatchet.
The reported assailant is described as being Caucasian and approximately 25 years of age. He has brown hair and a short beard. He was captured on surveillance footage wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and brown sneakers. After the incident, he reportedly fled toward Brookline on Babcock Street.
