Married Couple In Their 80s Killed In Soldiers Field Road Crash
State police have identified the Belmont couple in their 80s who died in a serious car crash on one of Brighton's busiest roads.

BRIGHTON, MA — Massachusetts State Police have identified the couple who died in a car crash in Boston's Brighton neighborhood Monday night.
85-year-old Donald Houllahan, of Belmont, and his wife, Jean Houllahan, 83, were killed after their Acura was struck by an Infiniti while exiting a business on Soldiers Field Road.
State Police say Donald died shortly after arriving at the hospital, and Jean died from her injuries overnight.

Three people inside the Infiniti were taken to a nearby hospital with what police called serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Soldiers Field Road was closed for almost two hours while crews worked to clean the scene and investigate the crash.
