Mass Mentoring Partnership Welcomes Three New Members to Board of Directors
Announcing Mass Mentoring Partnership (MMP)'s three new Board members

BOSTON, MA — Mass Mentoring Partnership (MMP), the leading organization dedicated to expanding quality mentoring relationships for young people across Massachusetts, proudly announces the addition of three dynamic leaders to its Board of Directors: Hilina D. Ajakaiye, Amy Huchthausen, and Joseph Corazzini.
“These new appointments come at an exciting time for our organization,” said Dr. Cynthia K. Orellana, President and CEO of MMP. “We’re thrilled to have Amy, Hilina, and Joseph join the MMP Board of Directors at a time of organizational change and transformation. Their passion for mentoring, and supporting young adults and historically marginalized communities, coupled with unique, strategic skill sets will be a great value add during this exciting time at MMP. I’m delighted for the experiences and energy that they will each bring, and for all the ways that we will build the mentoring movement together.”
Hilina D. Ajakaiye serves as Chief Strategy Officer for the National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals (NCBMP). A globally respected leader in destination marketing, tourism strategy, and economic development, Hilina has a proven record of driving growth and fostering inclusive initiatives across the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

“I’m honored and excited to join the board and become a part of this incredible community,” said Ajakaiye. “It’s a privilege to support a mission that makes such a meaningful impact, and I’m looking forward to working alongside a dedicated team of individuals who care deeply about building this mentoring movement.”
Amy Huchthausen is the Head of Operations at an early-stage healthtech startup. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Stavvy and spent more than 20 years in collegiate athletics, including a decade as Commissioner of the America East Conference. Amy also serves on the Boards of GBH and The Zone, and on the Knight Commission for Intercollegiate Athletics.

“Mentors have been pivotal in my own journey,” Huchthausen said. “I’m joining the MMP Board because I believe every young person in Massachusetts should have access to these life-changing relationships. Through quality mentorship, we can empower youth to reach their full potential while creating stronger, more connected communities across the Commonwealth.”
Joseph Corazzini is a dedicated leader in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across education and community organizations. He is the Vice President of Government and Community Affairs at Clark University and has held leadership positions with Framingham Public Schools, leading transformative, youth-centered initiatives that expand access and eliminate barriers to success.
“Now more than ever, our youth need strong, positive adults who can provide support and mentorship,” said Corazzini. “I’m excited to join the Mass Mentoring Partnership in ensuring access to mentoring relationships for all youth in Massachusetts.”
