MBTA: Fire Delays Red Line During Friday Commute
UPDATE: MBTA has issued the all-clear, after trains are running between Alewife and JFK were delayed.

UPDATE: The MBTA issued an all-clear on the Red Line delays around 5:45 p.m. Friday.
BOSTON, MA — Just in time to ruin your final commute of the week, the Mass. Bay Transit Authority is reporting delays on the Red Line, the result of a fire at the Charles/MGH station.
Follow the MBTA on Twitter for ongoing updates and, hey, maybe consider avoiding the crowds and grabbing a drink downtown while you wait. It is Friday, after all.
