Person Struck By Orange Line At Downtown Crossing

BOSTON — A person was struck by an Orange Line train Friday afternoon at Downtown Crossing, the MBTA said.
The person was hit around 3:30 on the northbound tracks at Downtown Crossing. There is no word the person's condition.
The MBTA said to expect delays of about 20 minutes, but shortly after said the train involved had been taken out of commission. Residual delays remained as of 4.
