Police Identify Victim, 22, in Dorchester Shooting
The Boston Police Department is urging anyone with information to come forward.

Boston, MA - The Boston Police Department has identified the victim from last week's fatal shooting as David Stewart, a 22-year-old from Dorchester.
According to a statement out Monday from BPD, police in the Mattapan district arrived to 87 Southern Avenue, Dorchester, in response to reports of shots fired around 9:15 p.m. Thursday. There, they found Stewart -- originally described only as "a male victim in his 20s" -- suffering from an apparent gunshot wound
Police said Stewart was transported by emergency medical services to Boston Medical Center, where he later died.
