MASSACHUSETTS — Heavy rain and strong winds are heading to Massachusetts just in time to muck up the afternoon commute, with more than 2 inches of rain and 60 mph wind gusts possible across parts of Massachusetts.

The rain has already started and should reach the eastern part of the state between 1-2 p.m. The rain will continue overnight into early Tuesday morning.
