The 20-year-old pitching prospect is being kept to his hotel room after returning from Taiwan.

FORT MYERS, FL — A Red Sox prospect is being quarantined in his hotel by the team after returning from Taiwan, according to The Boston Globe.
Chih-Jung Liu, a 20-year-old righthanded pitcher, arrived last week in Fort Myers, Florida, to start spring training. Team officials have had him quarantined in his hotel room due to "an overabundance of caution" related to concerns of coronavirus. As of Wednesday, there have been about two 32 cases of coronavirus in Taiwan, according to the Taiwan Times.
Sox infielder Tzu-Wei Lin was also quarantined earlier this month after coming back from Taiwan.
