One Injured in Dorchester Fire
A two-alarm fire in Dorchester caused thousands in damage and sent one woman to the hospital.

Boston, MA - Fire investigators are on-scene in Dorchester, investigating a two-alarm house fire that caused thousands in damage and sent one woman to the hospital.

According to the Boston Fire Department, a woman was found on-site when fire trucks arrived, possibly injured by jumping from the building.
The fire is now out, according to BFD, and damage is tentatively estimated at $250,000.

Fire Investigators have determined the cause was an electrical short circuit in a 1st floor bedroom, the BFD tweeted. Six people have been displaced by the fire, which broke out at 11 Capen Place, per BFD Twitter.
