Roslindale Man Accused of Lewd Conduct at MBTA Station
He was arrested by transit police and is expected to appear in court today.
A Roslindale senior was arrested at the Mass. Bay Transit Authority's Back Bay Station Thursday, after allegations of lewd behavior.
According to Transit Police, the alleged incident occurred at 2:30 p.m., inside a Back Bay Station men's bathroom.
There, according to a witness statement shared by Transit Police, "while utilizing the men's restroom located inside the station a male exposed his genitals and began to commit a lewd act."

According to Transit Police, "The victim provided a description of the offending male and the officer entered the men's restroom to investigate. Subsequent to the officer's investigation and a positive ID from the victim Neville Pinnock, 66, of Roslindale was placed into custody for Open & Gross Lewdness and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process." He is expected to be arraigned Friday in Boston Municipal Court.
