A man was arrested Monday morning after breaking into Tom Brady's Chestnut Hill mansion, according to police.

Zanini Cineus, 34, was found sitting on Brady and Gisele Bündchen's couch after a residential alarm company alerted police. Cineus, who police said is homeless, faces charges including breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, attempted larceny and trespassing. In October, Cineus was also accused of breaking into the New England Patriots Hall of Fame and stealing several items, including a Tom Brady jersey.

Brady and Bündchen's five-bedroom home, built in 2015 on Woodland Road, sits on 5 acres next to The Country Club — the ultra-exclusive club that Brady joined. The power couple bought the land from Pine Manor College in 2013 for around $4.5 million, some 15 years after Brady joined the Patriots.

The Boston Business Journal recently said the power couple is trying to sell the property privately.

'Stay Tuned': Baker Hints At More Restrictions

Gov. Charlie Baker on Monday parried questions about whether he is considering further restrictions, but it sounded as if he may soon bend to the pressure being applied by mayors and local doctors.

"We're taking a good look at the data," he said when asked about new measures. "I fully expect that at some point, we’ll make some decisions."

"Stay tuned," he answered when someone asked about restrictions for social clubs.

Doctor Calls Response To Second COVID Surge In MA 'Wholly Inadequate'

It's been an uphill battle as the Massachusetts Department of Public Health reports more than 4,700 new coronavirus cases Sunday. The daily trends are alarming to Dr. Ashish Jha, the Dean of Brown University's School of Public Health.

"Part of the reason I'm speaking up is I want to act earlier so we don't get to the point where we have to shut the whole state down," said Jha.

He is urging Gov. Charlie Baker and state health officials to take action against the rising number of COVID-19 cases. The second surge is only expected to get worse as we approach Christmas time.
