Sunday Snowstorm Tracking Toward MA, Several Inches Possible
Massachusetts could see a few inches of snow as a storm system appears to be trending our way more than initially forecast.

Massachusetts could see a few more inches of snow due to an approaching storm with a so-far shaky path.
Earlier predictions had the storm going offshore well short of New England, but recent forecasts have it trending closer.

Perry said that initial estimates are about 3-4 inches across the Cape and Islands, but just 1-2 inches farther into Southern New England.
A statewide hazardous weather outlook has been issued for Sunday. The National Weather Service snow "is possible" depending on how far north the system goes, but the region could also mostly steer clear.
