2-alarm Fire Knocked Down At Multi-family Home In Boston
One firefighter was reportedly injured after battling the flames.
BOSTON, MA — One firefighter was injured and nine residents e displaced in the aftermath of a fire at a three-family, multi-story home at 4294 Washington Street in Roslindale.
Crews responded to the two-alarm scene at approximately 2 p.m. on Thursday. Heavy smoke and flames could reportedly be seen emanating from the roof and the eaves from the rear of the residence. Fire Commissioner Paul Burke revealed the injury and displacement status after the blaze had been knocked down.
