Braintree Bakery Partners With National Supermarket For Holiday Exclusive
The pair will also be giving back, as $1 from each item sold will be donated to local Boys & Girls Clubs.
BRAINTREE, MA — A supermarket chain and a local bakery have teamed up for the holidays on a limited edition bread that will also mean giving back this season.
Hannaford Supermarkets and Fireking Baking Company will team up for the limited edition specialty bread available in all 188 Hannaford stores.
Freshly baked by Fireking in Braintree, the festive White Chocolate Cranberry Boule blends rich white chocolate and tart cranberries for a treat that exemplifies the season.

As for how the spirit of giving kicks in, $1 from every loaf sold will be donated to local Boys & Girls Clubs in Hannaford’s communities.

A longtime Hannaford partner recognized for its premium artisan breads, Fireking will bake approximately 20,000 fresh loaves for this seasonal offering.
The White Chocolate Cranberry Boule is exclusively available in the bakery department at all Hannaford locations for a limited time only, while supplies last.

A portion of proceeds from all loaves sold will benefit programming at local Boys and Girls Clubs in Hannaford’s communities, including Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Maine; Boys and Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster in Massachusetts; Boys and Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire; Boys and Girls Club of Ulster County in New York and Boys and Girls Club of Burlington in Vermont.
