The Goddard School Donates Nearly 1,200 To Braintree Food Pantry For Holiday Season

It's one of a few donations for the pantry collected by area students and families this season.

BRAINTREE, MA — This holiday season, genorisity is the theme of the season at The Goddard School in Braintree.

During a recent food drive, school families helped Goddard collect almost 1,200 food items to donate to the Braintree Community Food Pantry.

"We are mind-blown by the generosity of our families and faculty to be able to give to such a wonderful organization. No act of kindness is ever too small to go unnoticed," school officials said.

"A huge thank you to the students, families and staff of The Goddard School for your generous donation, which will greatly support Braintree residents in need," pantry officials said.

In recent days, the pantry has also received donations from East Middle School, the Braintree High School class of 1975 and Liberty School.
