Braintree Voter Guide 2025: Registration Deadline, Candidates
Here's what you need to know ahead of Braintree's Nov. 4 local election.

BRAINTREE, MA — Voters in Waltham will head to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 4, for the 2025 municipal election.
This year's ballot includes contested races for three councilor-at-large seats, three School Committee seats and, depending on district, district councilor seats.

Races
The councilor-at-large positions will be on the ballot for all Braintree voters, as will the School Committee race.

- David M. Ringius, Jr.

School Committee

Voter Registration Deadline
There's still time to register to vote in Braintree, as the deadline has been set for Oct. 24. Voter registration can be done online here.
Absentee Ballots
You can vote by absentee ballot in person, or by mail in Braintree.
Absentee ballot applications are due at the Town Clerk's Office by 5 p.m. on Oct. 24. A ballot application can be found here.
In-person voting can be done at the Clerk's Office during normal business hours from now until Nov. 3 at 12 p.m.
