Brookline 2022 Election Results: Auchincloss Wins, Yes On 5

Brookline voters chose to re-elect Jake Auchincloss for Congress and the local ballot question received a "yes" from 63% of voters.

BROOKLINE, MA — Polls are now closed and Brookline's unofficial results are in for the 2022 Massachusetts election.

In addition to casting votes for governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general and on four ballot questions in Massachusetts, Brookline voters chose to re-elect Jake Auchincloss to represent the Fourth Congressional District.

The results for the Norfolk County Commissioner race have not been called yet as of Tuesday at 10 p.m.

The town’s local ballot question was question five, which received a “yes” from 63 percent of voters.

The question will allow a Proposition 2-1/2 Debt Exclusion to cover the cost of bonds in order to renovate, remediate, and modernize all the town fire stations, including site work and reconstruction of Station 5.
