Brookline Police Looking For Possible Shoplifter

BROOKLINE, MA — The Brookline Police Department is looking to identify a person it believes was involved in a shoplifting incident at the Stop and Shop on 155 Harvard St. on Wednesday, Jan. 29.

The man was caught on surveillance footage wearing a green vest, blue jeans, glasses, and a Red Sox hat. According to police, he is approximately six feet tall.

The department emphasized that the person is not considered “wanted” at this time. Community members with relevant information can contact the department’s detectives at 617-730-2711.
