The person was captured on surveillance footage reportedly looking through a window while masturbating. According to police, the person is an Asian man between 20 and 30 years of age. He was wearing a hooded jacket, graphic t-shirt, and sweatpants at the time of the incident. He reportedly fled in the direction of Paine Court when a motion-detecting light turned on at the property. Community members with relevant information are being asked to contact detectives at 617-730-2710.
