MA Teachers Association Endorses Brookline’s Raul Fernandez
"As an educator and a union member, I'm honored to have earned this endorsement," Fernandez said.

BROOKLINE, MA — The Massachusetts Teachers Association, which represents 115,000 educators across the Commonwealth, has endorsed Raul Fernandez for State Representative.
“As an educator and a union member, I’m honored to have earned this endorsement,” Fernandez said in a statement. "I’ve seen firsthand that education unions make our schools more equitable places to learn and work, and I’m excited to partner with MTA to build power for educators and all working people in the legislature."
“Educators like myself stand with Raul because we trust he’ll fight and deliver for us and our students in the legislature,” Brookline Early Education Program paraprofessional Wendy MacMillan said in a statement. "I’m thrilled that the MTA, the largest union in New England, thinks that too."
