New Health Clinic To Open In Coolidge Corner

BROOKLINE, MA— Brigham Health Family Care Associates is moving from its existing location at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Boston to a bigger space in Coolidge Corner.

They're opening shop on Feb. 24 in the first floor at 1285 Beacon St., taking over the space currently occupied by Partners Urgent Care.

The clinic is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and offers routine preventative care for the whole family, chronic disease management, well-child care visits, school and sports physicals and urgent care evaluations. They also have bilingual physicians and staff members.

"Our mission is to improve the health and wellness of the families we serve in our community by cultivating a team of inspired health care professionals committed to the highest quality of care," said Medical Director Colleen Monaghan in a news release.
