Brookline, MA - A parking garage partially caved in Tuesday morning, crushing a car at a Brookline apartment complex near Coolidge Corner.Construction on-site caused the collapse at the 1111 Beacon St. apartment building's garage, according to Steve Weinig and Jim Burke, with property owner Hamilton Co.Weinig and Burke told Patch the accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, while demolishing a swimming pool. Brookline, MA - A parking garage partially caved in Tuesday morning, crushing a car at a Brookline apartment complex near Coolidge Corner.

Construction on-site caused the collapse at the 1111 Beacon St. apartment building's garage, according to Steve Weinig and Jim Burke, with property owner Hamilton Co.Weinig and Burke told Patch the accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, while demolishing a swimming pool.
