Police Logs: Tire Tracks Show Car Drove Over Two Lawns and Damaged Bushes

Following are excerpts from the Burlington Police Department log. Note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests included in the daily police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
March 8
- At 1:23 a.m. police found tire tracks indicated an erratic driver. Report says tire tracks showed vehicle went into snowbank at the corner of County Road and Winona Road. Bushes were damaged on the corner and the tire tracks continued into two other front yards.
- At 8:50 a.m. a Farms Drive caller reported a plow truck struck a parked motor vehicle at his apartment complex. Plow truck caused damage to rear of vehicle and smashed the rear window.
- At 10:18 a.m. a Sedalia Road caller reported that someone might have stolen her keys while the vehicle was parked in the driveway.
- At 2:05 p.m. a caller on Third Avenue reported a plow struck her vehicle.
- At 7:50 p.m. a Nordstrom caller reported two men stole a grocery bag full of perfume. Caller said the two men were Asian and were assisted by a female operator of a vehicle and that there was another male passenger.
- At 8:50 p.m. police issued a summons to a Burlington man on charges of larceny of drugs, larceny of credit card and larceny over $250. Summons issued after a Sandra Avenue caller reported a friend stole items from his home.
