Applications Accepted For Inclusionary Housing Rental Program Waiting Pool In Cambridge City

Applicants in need of a studio or one-bedroom are strongly encouraged to apply given that units are becoming available.

The Cambridge Community Development Department, Housing Division continues to accept applications to fill affordable apartments for low- to moderate-income households through its Inclusionary Housing Rental Program. Applicants in need of a studio or one-bedroom are strongly encouraged to apply given that units are becoming available.

Preliminary applications are added to the waiting pool on an ongoing basis to fill vacant units. Preference is given to Cambridge residents. For family-sized apartments, preference is given to Cambridge residents and households with children.
