Cambridge Police Investigating Shooting Incident

CAMBRIDGE, MA — The police department is searching for a suspect after a shots fired incident took place at Cambridge Street on Wednesday morning.

Police responded to the scene in the vicinity of Evereteze Way at approximately 4 a.m. after a report that an armed person approached a victim while they were parking their car. As the victim tried to drive away, the shooter fired multiple shots at the vehicle, one of which shattering the rear window.
Ballistic evidence was found at the scene, and no injuries have been reported from the incident.
