Cambridge Cases Among Middlesex County Indictments

CAMBRIDGE, MA - Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced the grand jury indictments from April 26 to March 10. Included in the indictments are two Cambridge cases for assault with intent to rob and possession of ammunition.

Michael Lavoie, 51, of Boston, was charged with armed assault with intent to rob and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Wilner Riche, 26, of Boston, was charged with possession of ammunition without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device, and furnishing a false name. The Assistant District Attorney is Lisa Labresh.
