Cambridge Community Development Department Housing Division Accepts Applications For Middle-Income Rental Program Waiting Pool
Preference is given to Cambridge residents and households with children.

The Cambridge Community Development Department, Housing Division continues to accept applications to fill affordable units through its Middle-Income Rental Program. This rental program is designed for households earning between 80% and 120% of Area Median Income (AMI). Preliminary applications are added to the waiting pool on an ongoing basis to fill vacant units. Preference is given to Cambridge residents and households with children.

Thirteen new apartments currently under construction at Prism are being added to the Middle-Income Rental Program, with an anticipated move-in date of Winter 2021. Other Middle-Income apartments filled through this program are located in mixed-income, privately owned and managed apartment communities located in Central Square and Kendall Square.
