Cambridge Shooting Victim Dies
Cambridge Police are investigating a shooting in the area of Tremont and Hampshire Street.

CAMBRIDGE, MA - A man shot in Cambridge Thursday night has died, the Middlesex District Attorney's office said overnight. The victim was in his 20s, according to Cambridge police.
Officers responded to the area of Tremont Street and Hampshire Street following a shooting that occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m.
There was one victim, who suffered wounds to his abdomen area and was taken to a local hospital, according to Cambridge Police Dept. spokesperson Jeremy Warnick.

Warnick said the investigation is active and ongoing at this time.
