This Boston-Area Bakery Is Among Best Places To Eat In U.S., New Ranking Says
The New York Times compiled a list of the top 50 places to eat across the country and one Cambridge restaurant made the final cut.

CAMBRIDGE, MA — Based on flavor, vibrance, and a ranking to reflect the rich mosaic of American dining, the New York Times has named one Cambridge restaurant in the top 50 places to eat across the country.
Sofra Bakery and Cafe in Cambridge is defined as a classic middle-eastern eatery with a refined twist. "Come early and order everything. That's the appropriate way to experience Sofra, whose menu tours Turkey, Lebanon and Greece, and whose flavor combinations are singular," the article reads.
With the slow incline of more and more restaurants opening up, Sofra is back to having a dine-in option. What was deemed a take-out-only location during the pandemic, hungry customers are now welcome to stay and dine at the expanded, covered outdoor seating area.

Sofra Bakery and Cafe was the only winner from Massachusetts.
