Cambridge Weather: Winter Storm Warning
Cambridge could be in store for up to 8 inches of snow.
A winter storm watch is in effect from Southeastern Massachusetts up to the Boston area and out to much of Worcester County, the National Weather Service said.
The warning will be in effect until Friday at 3 p.m.
This week’s high temperatures gave way to what could be significant snowfall. Snow began around midnight and will accumulate rapidly in some areas.
