Cause Of Late-night Cambridge Fire Under Investigation: Report

CAMBRIDGE, MA — 75 firefighters battled a three-alarm fire at 127 Smith Place late Saturday night, according to a report from Boston 25 News.

Responders first arrived on the scene just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday night. The commercial building, which had been described as having “intense, visible flames,” was knocked down fairly quickly. No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the blaze is now under investigation.
