Elephant Walk Closes for Renovations in Cambridge

"We look forward to greeting you with a new concept soon."

CAMBRIDGE, MA — The French-Cambonian Elephant Walk restaurant in Cambridge, alternately reported as closed or "indefinitely closed," is apparently in the midst of renovations.

A Tuesday morning voicemail message for the Mass Ave. eatery informs, "We are closed at this time for renovations. We look forward to greeting you with a new concept soon."

The restaurant has been open on Mass Ave. for 25 years. It is unclear from the voicemail what the new concept entails. Patch will update this story when we have more information.
