Halloween Events in Cambridge: School Celebrations, 'InmanWeen' And More

All the details for this year's city-sponsored and school Halloween events.

CAMBRIDGE, MA — The City of Cambridge is pulling out all the spooky stops this week to make a memorable Halloween for you and your kids.

The Department of Human Service Programs has compiled a full list of programs, so you can get as many wears as possible out of this year's costume.

The site also lists activities planned at the public libraries, from a spooky puppet show to a movie night and sing-a-long. Each of those is listed below:

Library - Main Branch - Children's Room
10/26 4-5 p.m., Spooky Puppet Show
Library - Main Branch - Children's Room
10/31 11-11:30 a.m., Halloween Sing Along (wear costumes)
Library - Main Branch - Children's Room
10/31 2:30-3:30 p.m., Halloween Crafts
Library - Main Branch - Teen Lounge
10/31 3-4:30 p.m., Movie: "The Boy"
O'Connell Branch Library - 46 6th Street
10/31 4-5 p.m., Halloween Party (wear costumes)
Collins Branch Library - 64 Aberdeen Avenue
10/28 4-5 p.m, Halloween Party (wear costumes)

There will also be a Halloween Open House at each of the Cambridge Fire Department stations on Oct. 31, from 2-4 p.m.

And finally, the Inman Square Business Association hosts trick-or-treating to local businesses during "InmanWeen" at Inman Square on Oct. 28, from 3-7 p.m.
