Harvard University Expands to 784 Memorial Drive in Cambridge
Harvard University officials announced they had signed a lease at 784 Memorial Drive in Cambridge.

CAMBRIDGE, MA - Harvard University today announced they had signed a lease to expand to 784 Memorial Drive in Cambridge. According to a release from Harvard, the University’s Information Technology Services Department would fully occupy the 61,000 sq. ft. property.

According to Bulfinch, 784 Memorial Drive provided Harvard’s IT department with an ideal home base for its growing operations with an easily accessible location and ideal infrastructure for their high-tech needs.

“Harvard’s lease at 784 Memorial Drive expands Bulfinch’s relationship with this prestigious institution, which is an existing tenant in our Harvard Square property,” said Mike Wilcox, Senior Vice President, Director of Leasing for Bulfinch. “784 Memorial Drive presented an ideal setting for Harvard as the property offers a unique combination of historic features, a highly accessible location and superior modern infrastructure designed to support high performance operations.”
784 Memorial Drive is an historic, four-story office building located on the banks of the Charles River. First built in 1937, and occupied by Polaroid Corporation in the 1940s and most recently by Infinity Pharmaceuticals, 784 Memorial Drive is a true center of innovation for the past, the present, and the future.
