Trump Blocked From Punishing Harvard Again: Report
A federal judge blocked the administration from banning international students.

CAMBRIDGE, MA — A federal judge placed an indefinite block on President Donald Trump’s recent attempt to stop Harvard University from enrolling international students, according to a report from CNN.
U.S. District Court Judge Allison Burroughs said Trump’s most recent attempt was a violation of Harvard’s constitutional rights and that the administration was just trying to eliminate diverse viewpoints, while the White House said the ban was necessary for national security purposes.
Burroughs had previously blocked Homeland Security and State Department from revoking the University's student visa program.
