CAMBRIDGE, MA — A federal judge blocked President Donald Trump and his administration from prohibiting Harvard University from enrolling international students Friday, according to a report from The Associated Press.

Harvard filed a lawsuit against the administration, citing the latest restriction as a violation of the Constitution’s First Amendment.

Earlier this week, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem expressed her satisfaction with this sanction placed on the Ivy League Institution as it holds it accountable for “fostering violence, antisemitism, and coordinating with the Chinese Communist Party on its campus.”
The temporary block was granted by U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs.
