CAMBRIDGE, MA — A person was taken to the hospital in Cambridge Wednesday night after being pulled from underneath an MBTA red line train, according to the Cambridge Fire Department.

The incident occurred at the Porter station shortly before 11 p.m., fire officials said.

MBTA reported red line delays for several hours following the medical emergency.
