Search For Harvard MBTA Shooter Underway: Report

CAMBRIDGE, MA — The search for a shooter remains underway after gunshots were fired at the MBTA’s Harvard Square Red Line Station Sunday, according to a report from 7 News Boston.

According to police, five shots were fired shortly after 2 p.m. from the southbound platform. The shooting was believed to be targeted toward a specific person.

MBTA Transit Police released surveillance images of the person it believes to be the shooter. No injuries have been reported from the incident.
