Woman, 27, Fatally Shot In Cambridge: Police
Authorities found a man and woman with gunshot wounds in Central Square early on Thanksgiving.
CAMBRIDGE, MA — An investigation is underway into a fatal shooting that happened in Cambridge during the early morning hours of Thanksgiving.
Police say a 27-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man were found with gunshot wounds at about 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the area of 10 Magazine Street in Central Square, according to a news release from the Cambridge Police Department press release.
Both the man and woman were taken to the hospital where the woman was pronounced dead. The man is being treated for injuries that are not considered life-threatening, according to the news release.
