Canton Police Save Injured Baby Deer

Canton police are working with the town's Animal Control Officer to reunite the deer with its mother.

CANTON, MA — A Canton police officer saved a baby deer from incoming traffic Friday afternoon.

Now, Canton police say they are working with the town's Animal Control Officer to reunite the fawn with its mother.

The Canton Police Department took to Twitter, showing the deer in the backseat of a police cruiser.
